Birth time is crucial for accurate astrological calculations. If you don't know the exact time, try checking your birth certificate, asking family members, or contacting the hospital where you were born. If unavailable, you can use 12:00 PM as an approximate time, but the accuracy will be limited.

Go to the "Buy Points" section in your dashboard. Choose a points package that suits your needs and complete the payment using your preferred method (credit card, debit card, or digital wallet). Points are added to your account immediately after successful payment.

Yes! All your reports are available for download as PDF files. You can access them anytime from your "My Reports" section in the dashboard. However, please note that you must download your reports within 1 month. After this period, we may change or delete the data in the future, and your reports may no longer be available.
